On 6 May 2017 the new Act on Amending the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments and certain other acts entered into force. The main objective of the amendment is implementation of the Directive 2014/57/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on criminal sanctions for market abuse into the Polish legal system.
